Review Format

We would propose that the audit would adhere to the following format

• Pre-review discussion
• Review of risk(s)
• Report production and delivery

Review Report

Following the completion of the audit we would prepare a report, to include:

• Executive Summary
• Recommendations
• Detailed summary of findings

If required, we can formally present our report to appropriate personnel within the policyholder organization.

Our Network of skills

Risk and account insurances are often placed and managed in more than one location within the world. The Crawford worldwide network of industry expertise enables us to liaise directly on any specialized insurance related issue with other experts in our global network. This ability is available to you through the Crawford Global Technical Services team members. This enables you to easily access the technical skills and local market knowledge of our professional adjusting and surveying staff in the region and elsewhere.

Charges for Services

Our services are charged by an hourly rate and detailed timesheets are kept of the tasks undertaken. Our hourly rates are as follows:

Director US$1 90 per hour

Chartered Loss Adjuster US$1 40 per hour

Engineer Auditor US$110 per hour

Loss Adjuster US$80 per hour

Expenses are billed as incurred.

The above rates are effective from 1st February 2007 onwards.

Service Standards

We pride ourselves in offering the best service to our clients and detail our Service Standards, to all Insurers:

• Immediate Contact with the Insured
  
  
• Attend Site within 24 Hours
  
  
• Issue Preliminary Report within 5 working days after site visit
  
  
• Every 14 days follow up to Insurers or as agreed by Insurers
  
  
• Final Report within 3 working days after receiving completed Form of Acceptance from the Insured.
