
Crawford & Company is the largest indepen- dent Loss Adjusters in the world, and we have been dealing with claims throughout Vietnam since 1991. We have always prided ourselves in establishing a Crawford office where there is demand for our skills and services.
We were the first International Loss Adjusters to open offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City where on the 6th June 2001 Crawford (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. was registered as a 100% foreign owned company. As such we were the first International Loss Adjusters to open an office in Hanoi and HCMC (Saigon) operating under a full FDI license.
As Crawford Vietnam was licensed in 2001 we commenced recruited local staff and since that date we have expanded to offer a full range of loss adjusting services, where our scope of services range from property fires in various factories to complex construction projects, such as PowerPlants, FertilizerPlants, CementPlants, Hotels, Factories, Refinery, where the list is endless. We also deal with all types of Marine losses, whether its damage sustained to cargo, ships hull, or Jetty/Quay, and equipment within a port, such as cranes etc.

Due to the office network and Group resources, Crawford Vietnam, is, if necessary, able to call upon the assistance from the Group network, of qualified experts, covering the full spectrum of insurance and related fields, in addition to the many other resources available throughout the Crawford Group network worldwide. These resources include a wide range of software for servicing, monitoring and reporting on claims projects.
Loss adjusting is simply a starting point for the range of services we offer today.
Our organization is established so that we can deliver a wide portfolio of products and
services which ensure that our customers get the best claims handling service available.
Given the fact that Vietnam borders Laos and Cambodia, we deal with claim assignments in these countries also.
